some baking and some spinning

I recently got very excited about baking, because well, bread is one of my favorite foods of all time. It didn't really occur to me that I could bake the kind of bread I liked to buy, which is silly since that's exactly what I'm trying to do with my spinning and knitting. Anyway, that loaf up there is the famous NYT no-knead bread, I think the third time was the charm. I measured with a kitchen scale to make sure the flour to water ratio was 80%, it was much easier to handle than the previous tries.

There had been some spinning going on, this is the Finn top I dyed previously, 2-ply, around sport weight. There isn't much of it but I like it, it's pretty ;-)
